Their obsession with classic garage rock and '60s psychedelia is also influenced by Pacific Northwestern garage and surf, with the region's punk aesthetic in their mix. Their live show is bombastic, explosive and a thoroughly communal live rock and roll experience where barriers between the performers and their audience seem to dissolve into the sweat and sound. In the years since forming in Portland they have brought their raucous dance party to almost all 50 US states, and over 25 countries worldwide, meanwhile releasing five full-length albums and three EPs on labels such as K Records and Burger Records.
